In West Virginia Potomac Edison has support for do-it-yourself home energy analysis for all their customers. For low-income customers Potomac Edison will send a representative to a customer's residence (with landlord approval for renters) and evaluate energy use and provide and install energy saving products, such as flourescent lights, LED night lights, power strips and more.
